Retiring #FantasyChat

After careful thought and deliberation, I’ve decided to re-retire the #FantasyChat game. The participation rates in July were pretty low compared to the time it takes to prepare the monthly questions, so I’m throwing the hashtag back into cyberspace. Free to a good home.

Special thanks to @cindylynnspeer, @inferno4dante, and @MariahAvix for participating in July.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Please come again soon! *waves*

Wishing you the best,

Ditrie Marie Bowie

#FantasyChat Returns in July

Howdy folks,

I’m taking a brief hiatus from #FantasyChat this June to conserve spoons and to hopefully get a handle on my writing backlog. In the meantime, if you have any ideas for questions that you’d like to share next month, feel free to leave them in the comments below or send them to me on Twitter. I’ll do my best to include all of your ideas in the July #FantasyChat.

Thank you so much for stopping by. Please come again soon! *waves*

May #FantasyChat

For those familiar with my blog, gentle reminder that book reviews and comics will resume again in May. Details here.

Hey, everybody! Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who’s participated in #FantasyChat so far this month. When I took this Twitter game on, I had no idea what kind of response I would get. I’ve had a blast reading your answers. The thing that has stuck with me the most is how many of us chose fantasy because of the freedom (and escape from reality) that it provides. So, the May questions are going to hone in on that freedom-loving, reality-bending aspect, at least until my randomness can’t take it anymore and we get more Godzilla questions. Hehe.
